At Modern Wellness Clinic, our licensed providers bring years of clinical experience and a passion for personalized care. Whether you're visiting in person or virtually, you're in trusted hands with Robert J. Webb, PA, Sharon Del Rosario, PA-C, and Dr. Tri Truong.

Robert J. Webb, PA-C, was born in Los Angeles, California, and raised in San Jose, Costa Rica. He is a family board-certified physician's assistant at Modern Wellness Clinic, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Webb brings over 30 years of experience working in primary care to the integrative practice.

Sharon Del Rosario received her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University Nevada in 2019. She has experience in the diversified fields of Emergency Medicine and Family Practice Primary Care. She speaks fluent English and Spanish for her cultural background stems from the Dominican Republic.

Mirielys Merayo-Mejias, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a certified family practice clinician. She earned her Master's in Nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia, after completing medical school in Cuba and Puerto Rico. She loves to help her patients, focusing on compassion in their medical care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Tri Truong, MD is a board-certified physician with over 30 years of experience in family and internal medicine. He earned his medical degree from Loyola University Chicago’s Stritch School of Medicine in 1993. Dr. Truong is part of the care team at Modern Wellness Clinic in Las Vegas and has served patients throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including affiliations with North Vista Hospital and the North Las Vegas VA Medical Center.

Dr. Muhammed Hyder, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist now practicing at Modern Wellness Clinic in Las Vegas, NV. He completed his residency at Maimonides Medical Center and has extensive experience in treating conditions related to drug and alcohol dependence, tobacco use disorder, and other substance-related challenges. Dr. Hyder is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized mental health care, helping patients navigate both dependent and nondependent substance use issues along with a wide range of psychiatric needs.
